Ruroserw, founded over 20 years ago and based in Gdansk, offers a wide range of services for the shipping sector. Founder Ryszard Szmit, named Poland’s ‘businessman of the year’ in 2004, says, “We are confident that we can fix any problem any client has.”

The family-owned enterprise now employs 200 people and works with customers from all over the world. Ryszard Szmit explains, “We work on new ships as well as ships under repair. We serve any client who comes to the port, and some of our customers have returned to us many times over several years thanks to our high level of service and ability to handle a wide range of tasks.”
