The representatives of The European Times, Ms. Kelly McCord and Ms. Kathryn Flack, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on February 4th, 2009, with Dr. Beatriz Nofal, president of ProsperAr. This partnership has been created to produce an in-depth economic investment report on Argentina produced by The European Times. ProsperAr’s mission is to develop foreign, domestic, and private investment into Argentina as well as to optimize the investment environment, innovation and competitiveness of Argentina.
