Ariljemetal has developed competitive expertise in manufacturing a wide range of industrial fasteners, from M12 to M100, mainly through hot forging. The company has invested in the latest equipment and technologies as well as a new manufacturing facility to ensure the highest international standards. It exports its fasteners to Germany and is looking to expand its presence in the EU.
General Manager Bogoslav Angeloski says, “We aim to increase our exports to Germany and to enter new European markets. We have obtained all the necessary certification, including ISO 9001:2000 and the renowned German TUV- Rheinland. This certification means that Ariljemetal has entered the ranks of global companies offering guaranteed quality.”
Around 70% of the company’s products are sold on the domestic market with 30% exported at present, but Ariljemetal aims to turn these percentages around and export 70% of its production within two years. The company’s current capacity is around 20 to 30 tons of specialised products and Bogoslav Angeloski plans to boost this capacity significantly to meet export demands. Defining Ariljemetal’s competitive edge, he says, “We deliver on time, our products are high quality, and we use the latest equipment from the US for our testing and quality controls.”
