Budapest, Hungary—September 11, 2008–
On September 3, 2008 in Budapest the first issue of the European Times on Hungary was formally launched. On September 11, 2008 Hungary’s elite gathered at the 5 star chic, up- scale Boscolo New York Palace Hotel for a launch ceremony and reception.
The European Times Representative Ms. Khayla Banks announced the official launch of the issue. She said: “Our initiatives to promote Hungarian business potential to our targeted readership has been greatly supported by the key political and industry leaders in Hungary to put a spotlight the recent success of the economy and future potential” Her sentiments were echoed by the Publisher of the European Times Mr. Mathieu Cuypers: “Hungary is a stellar example of what has gone right in Eastern Europe’s transition to free market economy.”
